If you’re in the market for a new home, looking for design ideas, or simply curious about this year’s selections, put the Spring Parade of Homes on your calendar. See more than 400 new homes across the Twin Cities. Also, be sure to include Worth Custom Homes on your Parade Tour.
The Parade of Homes event highlights houses of vastly different sizes, price points, neighborhoods, architectural styles, and layouts.
This circuit of geographically disbursed homes runs for five weekends between March 7 and April 5. From noon to 6 pm every Thursday through Sunday, enjoy peeking inside new homes, remodeled homes, and dream homes.
With environmentally friendly initiatives becoming increasingly more important, the Tour also includes green path homes. Established in 2011, Minnesota’s Green Path program provides Home Performance Reports to help property owners understand their home’s energy efficiency.
While we’re on the subject, use the online Tour Planner for an efficient excursion. On any device, simply “favorite” the homes you want to tour and then let your phone navigate the best route.
WORTH CUSTOM HOMES ENTRY
Main level living includes an impressive kitchen with a walk-in pantry, dining room, family room, and space that can be used either for a home office or children’s play area. Bedrooms and laundry are on the home’s upper level, and the lower level walkout provides the capacity for future development. Additionally, views from the country porch in front or deck in the back cannot be beat.
